Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the NovaByte Store (qvjpvw-gd.myshopify.com).

1. SELLER IDENTIFICATION

NovaByte Store — online store specializing in lifestyle and smart home gadgets. Contact: novabyte.store@gmail.com

2. ORDERS

Any order placed on our site implies acceptance of these GTC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a previous dispute or suspicion of fraud. A confirmation email is sent after each order.

3. PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included. NovaByte Store reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order validation.

4. PAYMENT

Payment is made online, securely, by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or any other means offered during payment. The order is validated after receipt of full payment.

5. DELIVERY

Orders are shipped from our partner suppliers (dropshipping). Estimated delivery times are 7 to 20 business days depending on the destination. NovaByte Store cannot be held responsible for delays related to carriers or customs.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification. To do so, contact us at novabyte.store@gmail.com.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns must be made in their original, unused packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer except in case of a defective product. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.

8. LIABILITY

NovaByte Store cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of its products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

These GTC are subject to Belgian law. In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of Belgium.
